BLOOD RELATIONS
I'd like to call your attention to the newly published book by Joseph Goodrich, BLOOD RELATIONS: THE SELECTED LETTERS OF ELLERY QUEEN, 1947-1950.

Goodrich has given us a superlative book of letters from the great Ellery Queen. Queen, as aficionados of the mystery know, was really two cousins. Goodrich gives us some jaw-dropping revelations about how they worked or didn't work together in their quest for self-respect and success in their field.

As I say in my preface to the book, we all owe a debt of gratitude to Goodrich who uncovered these gems. I'm sure the book will be devoured by mystery fans and even those who just want a damn good read. Congratulations, Joseph!

The publisher is Perfect Crime Books. It can be ordered at Barnes and Noble now and will be available from B&N, Amazon, and mystery book stores.
